The Pages Report displays all the pages in a selected project. It provides detailed information on each page’s indexing status, recheck setup, and indexing history. This report is where most of your day-to-day monitoring and actions will take place.
What you’ll see in the report
At the top of the report, you’ll find summary stats for the project:
Total number of pages
Number of indexed pages with percentage
Number of non-indexed pages with percentage
Number of domains not indexed with percentage
Each row in the table shows:
Page URL
Creation date: when the page was added to the project
Last check date: the most recent time the page was checked
Recheck period: the frequency of scheduled rechecks (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly). This field is empty if no recheck is scheduled
Status: one of the following
Page Indexed: confirmed as indexed by Google
Page not indexed: confirmed as not indexed
Domain not indexed: none of the pages from this domain are indexed
Pending: the page is queued to be checked soon
Sent to indexer: shows a green checkmark if the page was sent to an indexer. Otherwise, the field is empty
Page Actions Menu
Each page has an actions menu with the following options:
Edit: update the page URL or recheck settings
Delete: remove the page from the project
Recheck: trigger an immediate recheck (uses one credit)
Submit to indexer: send the page to an indexer if it’s not indexed. Only visible if an indexer is connected to your account
Bulk actions
Bulk actions can be applied by selecting individual pages, or by using the menu to select all pages on the current screen or all pages in the project.
The available bulk actions are:
Recheck now: trigger an immediate recheck for selected pages
Recheck frequency: apply a scheduled recheck period to all selected pages
Export to CSV: download selected rows
Delete: remove selected pages from the project
Filtering & searching
At the top of the report, you’ll find:
A quick search field to locate specific pages by URL
A recheck period filter to view only pages with a selected recheck frequency
A status filter to display only pages matching a specific status
Main Project Buttons
Three main buttons are available:
Add pages: manually add one or more URLs to the project
Export to CSV: download the full table of page data
View changelog: open the changelog report for this project to view all status changes over time
Exporting Pages to CSV
You can export your pages to a CSV file in two ways:
Export all pages: Click the Export button at the top-right of the page to download all pages in the project.
Export a filtered selection: Use filters to display the desired subset of pages. Then, use the Select items dropdown to select the pages you want to export, and click Export to CSV from the Actions menu.
The Pages Report gives you full visibility and control over the indexing life cycle of your pages, helping you take timely action in bulk or individually.
