IndexCheckr enables you to connect your account to a third-party indexer tool, so you can submit pages for indexing directly from your projects. This is optional but useful if you want to act on non-indexed pages.
To connect an indexer:
Go to the Indexer section from the left-hand menu.
Choose your indexer in the Indexer Tool list.
Enter your API key, which you’ll find in your account on the indexer’s website. Indexceptional also asks for your username.
Choose how the project or campaign should be named on the indexer’s side, in the Campaign name source list (Project name source for IndexMeNow):
Use the project's name: each IndexCheckr project’s name is used when submitting its pages, so your submissions are grouped by project on the indexer’s side.
Use custom name: enter a name in the Custom Name field. This name is used for all submissions, from all your IndexCheckr projects.
If the indexer supports it, set a drip feed to spread the processing of your URLs over several days (see below).
Click Connect.
Once connected, the settings page shows Save and Disconnect buttons, so you can change your settings, switch to another indexer, or disconnect at any time.
You can then submit pages from the Projects Overview or the Pages Report. Until an indexer is connected, the submit actions are greyed out.
Supported indexers
The following indexers are currently supported:
IndexMeNow: API key and project name. No drip feed.
Omega Indexer: API key, campaign name and drip feed (in days).
SpeedLinks: API key, campaign name and drip feed. Be sure to select the API method that matches your SpeedLinks package (regular or VIP).
Links Indexer: API key, campaign name and drip feed (0 to 15 days).
Rapid URL Indexer: API key and project name. A new Rapid URL Indexer project is created for each batch of submitted pages, with the date and time added to its name.
Indexceptional: username and API key.
Sinbyte: API key, campaign name and drip feed.
IndexZilla: API key, campaign name and optional drip feed (1 to 30 days, or 0 to turn it off).

Each indexer has its own rules, behavior, settings, and pricing, and you need an account and credits with the indexer itself. IndexCheckr simply passes the URLs to the connected service. For details on how projects, campaigns, or drip feed work, refer to the documentation of the indexer tool.
Choosing an indexer
For each indexer, the settings page shows the share of pages submitted through IndexCheckr in the last 60 days that got indexed. Newer integrations show Not enough data yet until enough pages have been submitted.
